摘要
系统分析了人工骨料生产过程中如何减少各生产环节对环境影响的技术对策。人工骨料开采过程中需采取措施解决边坡稳定及弃料堆存问题,避免造成地质灾害,危及下游生态安全;生产过程中,应根据生产工艺特点,所采取的环保措施应有所侧重,湿法生产重点考虑污水处理措施,干法生产重点在于控制粉尘,加强防护与回收利用。
We systematically analyze the technical countermeasures for reducing environmental impacts in various production stages of artificial aggregate production. In the process of artificial aggregate mining, measures shall be taken to solve the issues of slope stability and spoil stockpiling to avoid geological hazards and threatening the downstream ecological safety. In the process of production, the environmental protection measures will differ accordingly based on different technological characteristics. For wet process, more attention shall be paid on sewage disposal measures, while dust control shall be stressed for dry process production to strengthen its protection and recycling.
