摘要 阐述了安全仪表系统投入运行前与运行后进行的测试内容和要求,给出安全仪表功能(SIF)各组成部分的离线测试和在线测试的内容和指导原则,对实施离线测试和在线测试的流程、测试要求及方法等方面进行了详细的分析和讨论。所提出的系统和各部件的测试内容、测试要求以及测试流程和技术方法等为规划和管理安全仪表系统SIF整体安全生命周期的功能安全测试与验证提供有力的指导,也为安全仪表系统的分析、设计、开发、运行和维护等各阶段活动提供参考。 Contents and requirements of testing for Safety Instrumented System (SIS) prior to or after SIS's bringing into service were expounded, main parts and guidance principles for off-line and on-line testing of safety instrumented function components were given. Procedures, requirements and techniques of performing off-line and on-line testing were analyzed and discussed in detail. The proposed testing contents, requirements, procedures and approaches for safety instrumented function (SIF) components provided significant instructions to functional safety testing and validation for SIS during its overall safety lifecycle, and offered help in the different phase activities of the analysis, design, development, operation and maintenance of SIS.
