影像学新技术在实验性猪肺栓塞模型中的应用

摘要 肺栓塞是内源性或外源性栓子堵塞肺动脉或其分支引起的常见急性心血管病,因其通常突然发病和高致残率而严重危害生命健康,然而该病的临床和基础研究进展甚缓。近年来发展的非侵人性螺旋CT血管造影(CTA)、磁共振血管造影(MRA)、磁共振灌注和通气成像、实时MRA等影像学新技术在猪肺栓塞动物模型得到广泛应用。本文简要介绍影像学成像在猪肺栓塞模型研究中的应用,包括人血栓所致猪肺栓塞模型的纤维蛋白特异性对比剂分子磁共振成像;CTA、MRA和实时磁共振成像在猪肺栓塞模型的比较;组合应用磁共振灌注、血管造影和3He通气成像评价猪肺栓塞模型肺功能的可行性和猪肺栓塞模型肺通气/灌注CT显像与平面显像的比较。上述方法将有益于肺栓塞基础与抗肺栓塞药物研究的深入开展。
