高校公共任选课在实践中存在教学质量不高的现象,其原因与教学管理人员、教师、学生三个层面对公选课的轻视与误解有关。解决思路如下:一是纠正对公选课的认识误区;二是完善公选课教学管理制度;三是建立激励机制,鼓励教师开好课;四是建立学生选课指导制度。
