论市场经济与市民社会的关系

Discussion on the Relation of Market Economy and Citizenry's Society

伴随着我国以市场为取向的经济体制改革和社会主义市场经济的发展,市场经济与市民社会的关系问题成为理论界和政策界关注的焦点。大多数人认为市场经济的建立和发展必然带来市民社会的形成。但笔者认为市场经济的发展不会必然带来完善的市民社会。

With the reform of economic system according to market and the development of socialist market economy, the relation of the market economy and construction of civil society has already became a prime focus in theory and policy circles. Most of the people agree that the establishment and de- velopment of socialist market economy necessarily result in the shaping of civil society. But writers think the development of market economy do not necessarily produce perfected civil society.
