摘要
目的：探讨血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的发生及发展中的作用。方法：选择2007年10月-2009年2月我院收治的40例PCOS患者及32例单侧卵巢囊肿患者,应用免疫组化SP法检测卵巢组织中VEGF的表达。结果：PCOS组和对照组卵巢颗粒细胞和间质细胞VEGF表达强度差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：VEGF可以促进卵巢间质血管生成,并参与PCOS的发生及发展。
Objective： To investigate the value of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in the occurrence and development of polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）. Methods： From October 2007 to February 2009, 40 cases of patients with PCOS were treated in our hospital, the expression of VEGF in ovaries of 40 cases of PCOS and 32 ovarian cysts were analyzed by SP immunohistochemistry. Results： The expression of VEGF in the granulose ceils and mesenchymal ceils in PCOS was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： VEGF can urge to increase angiogenesis in stroma of ovary, participate in the occurrence and development of PCOS.
