摘要
目的:探讨超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、脂蛋白(a)[LP(a)]、D-二聚体(DD)在冠心病中的早期应用价值。方法:检测82例冠心病患者血清hs-CRP、LP(a)和血浆DD浓度,另外选择50例健康人作为健康对照组。结果:冠心病患者hs-CRP、LP(a)和DD浓度显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。结论:hs-CRP、LP(a)和DD联合检测有助于了解冠心病的发生和病情变化,hs-CRP及LP(a)作为独立的动脉粥样硬化危险因素对冠心病的预防和早期诊断有着积极的临床意义。
Objective: To investigate the application value in the initial stage of high sensitive C-reaction protein (hs-CRP), lipoprotein (a) [LP(a)] and D-dimer in coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods: The serum hs-CRP, LP(a) and plasma D-dimer in 82 cases of CAD patients and 50 healthy controls were measured. Results: The levels of hs-CRP, LP (a) and D-dimer in CAD patients were higher than those of control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion: The combined detection of hs-CRP, LP (a) and D-dimer are conduced to understand the occurrence and pathogenesis of CAD. In addition, as independent danger factors on artherosclerosis, hs-CRP and LP(a) are clinically significant to the prevention and early diagnosis as early as possible on CAD.
