摘要
本文对MPEG-4视频编码的功能与特点进行讨论和分析。对基于VOP的视频编码器的原理与结构进行了分析,重点讨论了形状编码、运动信息编码、纹理信息编码以及分级编码。
In this paper, the functionality and features of M4 video coding technology are discussed and analyzed. The principles and structure of the VQP based video coder are analyzed with an amphasis on the coding of shape information, motion information and texture information as well as the scalable coding.
