摘要
随着经济体制改革的不断深入,我国传统的企业员工考核评价体系已不能适应企业发展需要。作为员工考核评价体系的基础,企业员工素质模型被越来越多的企业引用到人力资源管理实践中。要使员工考核评价工作取得实际效果,还需运用科学的考核评价方法。
With the development of economic system reform,the traditional evaluation system for enterprise personnel cannot satisfy the requirement of enterprise development. As the base of personnel quality system, the enterprise personnel quality model is applied to human resources management practice in more and more enterprises. Scientific method should be used to make the personnel evaluation really effective.
