摘要
在实际教学过程中,由于受到各种因素的影响,很难通过学生某次或某几次的考试成绩来评价教师的教学效果,更难以预测学生将来的考试成绩。教师的教学过程是一个随机过程,利用马尔可夫模型进行分析,使用进步度作为评价教学效果的新标准,省去了传统评价方法中计算特征方程解的过程,同时使评价结果更加直观和客观。
In the actual teaching process, it is often difficult to evaluate a teacher's teaching effect through previous examination, ant it is more difficult to forecast the future examination result. The teaching progress is a random process, now we can analyze it by Markov Process, set the improvement degree as the new evaluation standard of the teaching effect. This method doesn't need to account the latent root, and it makes the result more clear.
