以某ＶＬＳＩ设计为背景，介绍了深亚微米ＶＬＳＩ设计的基本特点，提出了一种深亚微米ＶＬＳＩ设计的流程，对此设计流程的基本思想及实现过程进行了具体描述，最后进行了该设计方法与其他方法的比较。

A kind of design flows for deep--submicrometer VLSI design is presented in this paper in the background of our reasearch work to a practical VLSI design project. also the basic thought of this method and the actual realization process of the flow are explained in detail. Finally. the other design flows are compared with ours.
