摘要
目的:探讨不同剂量木糖醇添加剂对抗生素骨水泥药物释放的影响,以确定最佳剂量指导临床用药。方法:不同剂量(0 g,7 g,14 g,21 g,28 g)的小颗粒木糖醇添加剂(210μm^250μm)分别与2 g万古霉素和40 g骨水泥聚合后进行洗提实验。结果:不同剂量组药物释放的模式与无添加剂组一致,即前24 h大量释放和随后的持续低浓度释放。21 g小颗粒木糖醇添加剂既可以使药物释放量大大增加(P<0.05),也使高于最低抑菌浓度持续时间最长≥20 d。结论:添加剂在21 g可能是最适剂量。
Objective: To evaluate the influence on the release of antibiotic bone cement of different doses of xylitol additive to determine the optimal dose to guide the clinical administration. Methods: Different doses (0 g,7 g, 14 g, 21 g,28 g) of small particle xylitol additive (210 μm -250 μm)were respectively polymerized with 2 g vancomycin and 40 g bone cement to carry out elution experiment. Results: The drug-release patterns of the different doses of groups were concordant with the non-additive group, namely a great of release before the first 24 hours and the release of subsequent sustained lower concentration. Small particle xylitol additive of 21 g may not only make the drug released amount increased (P 〈0.05) but make the sustained time of higher minimum antibacterial concentration longest (≥120 d). Conclusion: The additive in 21g may be the optimal dose.
