腺性膀胱炎的诊治体会

Experience on Diagnosis and Treatment of Cystitis Glandularis

目的：探讨腺性膀胱炎的临床特征及治疗方法。方法：对115例经膀胱镜活检病理证实的腺性膀胱炎患者，行经尿道汽化电切术，术后应用表柔比星行膀胱灌注，每次40mg，每周1次，共8次，以后每月1次，共12个月。结果：随访6个月～24个月，平均14个月，106例治愈，症状消失；6例缓解；3例复发，再次手术；无癌变病例。结论：腺性膀胱炎临床特征为下尿路症状，经膀胱镜病理检查可以确诊，经尿道汽化电切术和膀胱灌注是其有效的治疗方法。

Objective： To study the clinical features and the therapeutic methods of cystitis glandularis. Methods： A total of 115 patients with cystitis glandularis confirmed by cystoscopy and biopsy pathology were performed by transurethral vaporization eleetrovesection. After the operation, the 115 cases were carried out intravesical instillation with Epirubicin （40 mg per time,once a week for 8 weeks,and then once a month for 12 months）. Results：All patients were followed up 6 -24 months （ average 14 months）. Among of them there were 106 patients cured ,6 cases relieved ,3 patients recurrent and no malignancy occurred. Conclusion：The clinical features of cystitis glandularis show lower urinary tract symptom and it can be diagnosed accurately by cystoscopic pathological examination. Transurethral vaporization electroresection combined with intravesical instillation is an effective treatment method for cystitis glandularis.
