摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌中p21WAF1、P53及增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)的表达变化及其意义。方法采用HE染色鉴定乳腺癌的形态变化;应用免疫组化法检测P21WAF1、P53及PCNA在30例乳腺癌组织与30例正常乳腺组织中的表达。结果HE染色可见,与正常的乳腺组织相比,乳腺癌组织结构及细胞形态有明显的异型。免疫组化结果显示:p21WAF1、P53及PCNA在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为46.67%、63.33%与70.00%。p21WAF1的表达与淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05),无淋巴结转移组明显高于有淋巴结转移组;与组织分级无显著相关(P>0.05)。p53蛋白的表达与淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05),有淋巴结转移组明显高于无淋巴结转移组;与肿瘤组织分级无关(P>0.05)。PCNA的表达与肿瘤组织分级、淋巴结转移均显著相关(P<0.05)。结论p21WAF1、P53及PCNA蛋白的表达变化与乳腺癌的发生发展有关。 Objective To examine the expression change and the sense of p21WAF1、P53 and PCNA protein in breast cancer.Methods Morphologic change of breast cancer was identified by HE staining;immunohistochemical study for p21WAF1、 P53 and PCNA protein expression were performed on 30 breast cancers and 30 normal breast tissues.Results HE staining discovered that the tissue structure and cell morphous of breast cancer had visible allotype,compared with normal breast tissue.The immunohistochemical result displayed that the positivity expression rates of p21WAF1、P53 and PCNA in 30 breast cancers were 46.67%、63.33% or 70.00% respectively.The expression level of p21WAF1 was significantly correlated with axillary lymph node metastases,while not related with histological grade.The expression level of P53 was significantly correlated with axillary lymph node metastases,while not related with histological grade.The expression level of PCNA was significantly correlated with histological grade (P〈0.05)and axillary lymph node metastases (P〈0.05).Conclusion The occurrence and development of breast cancer may be related to the expression change of p21WAF1、P53 and PCNA protein.
