职业素质教育需要学校、企业、社会等各方面配合,共同构建立体的综合体系.提高高职院校学生的就业质量,培养高素质、高技能型人才,以满足用人单位对高职院校提出的专业与素质的双要求.根据高职教育规律,通过实践,探索职业素质培养机制和有效途径.

Vocational quality education needs the co-operation from different fields, such as schools, companies and the society to form a vertical system. The main task for the schools is to improve the students＇ carrier quality and cultivate skilled, well-qualified employees. The graduates should measure up to the demands on professions and qualities from companies. Only by following the higher vocational pattern could we find out systems and effective ways to create ideal personnel for the society.
