Steel pipe spray quenching is a new quenching technique at present. The internal and external surface of steel pipe should be carried out the spray water cooling when it is rotating in order to get the uniform martensitic structure. The technique has features of high production efficiency, steady product quality, and easily realized automation. The technical procedure, equipment structure and technology characteristic of steel pipe spray quenching production line are introduced in this paper.
