生产性实训基地共享管理的创新与实践——以社会公共类服务机构为例

On Innovation and Practice of the Shared Manangment of the Productive Training Base——A Case Study of Social Public Service Institutions

通过分析高职院校与政府、行业、企业生产性实训基地共享的管理模式,提出社会公共类服务机构的实训基地要进行校外"多对多"模式,将政府、企业和学校的"三要素"管理创新为政府、企业、学校和中介机构的"四要素"管理,实现生产性实训基地从半封闭共享到全开放共享,使其管理运行得到保障。

In light of analysis of the management modes for productive training bases shared by vocational colleges, governments, industries, the article argues for ＂many-to-many management model＂ of the practical training bases for social public service institutions that three-factor management shared by colleges, governments and industries be innovated into four-factor management shared by colleges, governments, industries and intermediary agencies, turning a semi-closed sharing into a completely open one and ensuring management operation.
