饮食指导对直肠癌化疗患者生活质量的影响

Influence of dietany guidence on the quality of life in patients with colorectal cancer

目的:探讨饮食指导对直肠癌患者生活质量的影响。方法:将249例直肠癌化疗患者随机分为A组125例和B组124例。A组实施饮食指导,B组未实施饮食指导。比较两组患者的生活质量和体重的变化情况。结果:A组患者治疗后生活质量评分明显高于B组(P<0.01),A组患者治疗后体重变化情况明显优于B组(P<0.01)。结论:化疗期间对患者进行饮食指导可以有效地提高患者的生活质量,对患者的体重增加也有所帮助。

Objective：To understand the guidance of colorectal cancer chemotherapy through diet quality of life of the patients and weight change.Methods：249 colorectal cancer patientis with chemotherapy were randomly divided into A group（n=125） and B group（n=124）.The patients in A groups were given dietary guidence,the patients in B group without dietary guidance of colorectal cancer chemotherapy,To compare the quality of life and the variation of body weight between the two groups.Results：After guidence the quality of life score in A group was higher than that in B group（P﹤0.01）,and the weight change was better than in B group（P﹤0.01）.Conclusion：During chemotherapy for patients with diet guidelines can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with weight gain.
