低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者34例的护理效果观察

Nursing observation of low molecular weight heparin treatment 34 cases with unstable angina pectoris

目的:探讨低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛的效果及护理方法。方法:对68例不稳定心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组各34例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规护理基础上给予低分子肝素治疗。观察两组的治疗效果。结果:使用低分子肝素治疗后显效20例,有效11例,无效3例,总有效率为91.2%;对照组显效10例,有效16例,无效8例,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:使用低分子肝素辅助以正确有效的护理方法,可以大大提高治疗不稳定性心绞痛的疗效。

Objective：To explore the care approach of low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods：68 cases of unstable angina pectoris patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,two groups were given based treatment and nursing,and Low molecular weight heparin were added to experimental group.Results：The total effective rate in experimental group was 91.2%;and in control group was 76.4%.The effect of experimental group was significantly better than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The use of low molecular weight heparin in order to correct and effective care can reduce the occurrence of side effects and improve the treatment of unstable angina.
