102例肺结核患者的心理护理干预效果观察

Observation the effect of psychological nursing intervention in 102 cases of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

目的:探讨心理护理干预对肺结核患者影响。方法:选择204例肺结核患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各102例。对照组采取规范治疗加基础护理,实验组在规范治疗的基础上对患者的心理特点进行分析,并实施相应的心理护理干预。结果:实验组通过心理护理干预后,患者对疾病的认识、有效咳嗽,按时服药、消毒隔离的遵医行为、疾病治愈率等多项指标均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:接受规范治疗的肺结核患者在基础护理的同时进行有效的心理护理干预,能明显改善护理效果,对提高该病的治愈率有重要意义。

Objective：To explore the nursing intervention effect of psychological care on tuberculosis patients.Methods：204 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,102 patients in each group.The control group taking standard treatment plus basis for care,the experimental group in the standard treatment for patients at the same time the psychological characteristics analysis and develop appropriate nursing interventions.Results：The experimental group after the intervention of psychological care by the patient＇s awareness of disease,effective cough,regular medication,disinfection and isolation of following the doctor＇s behavior,and many other diseases,the cure rate were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of tuberculosis patients in the standard treatment along with effective psychological care and intervention,can significantly improve the care and results in improving the cure rate of the disease are important.
