摘要
我国非常重视高等教育,这是我们社会及经济发展的中心。但是我们需要从多种途径来改善现有的教育制度,其中法治化管理是必要环节。要实现法治化管理必须从两个方面来进行:一是制度完善,二是大家普遍遵守。
China has the ambition of strengthening higher education institutions, which is seen as central to the social and economic development of the society. But this will only be achieved through several channels, particularly through legal management. The rule of law, also called the supremacy of law, means that the law overrides everyone and it applies to everyone.
