美锦桃主要性状遗传和基因型推断

Study on Main Characters Inheritance and Genotype Inference of Peach Variety Meijin

以美锦桃为试材,研究了其主要性状的遗传,并进行了基因型推断。结果表明:果实有毛、离核和有花粉3对性状在自交后代发生了分离,且分离比例基本符合孟德尔独立分配规律3:1,证明这3对基因为杂合型;果实圆形、果肉黄色、花蔷薇型、皮肉不离、树性正常型(高性)、树姿半开张、叶缘平直、叶片蜜腺肾形等性状在后代没有发生分离,说明这些性状是纯合的。根据以上结果,进而推断了美锦桃主要性状的基因型。

The main characters inheritance of peach variety Meijin were studied,and its genotype was evaluated.The results indicated that three characters（peach,freestone and fertile pollen）separated in their self-crossed progenies,and the separation ratio conformed to Mendel independent distributive rule,which showed that the genotypes of these characters were hetreozygous.Other characters such as round fruit,yellow flesh,showy flower and leave reniform lands did not separate in their self-crossed progeny,which showed that the genotypes of these characters were homozygous.
