摘要
土地整理公众参与既是保护农民利益,调动农民积极性的需要,又是保证项目科学实施、顺利实施的关键。本文从分析现行土地整理公众参与中存在的问题入手,找出土地整理中公众参与的依据并进行经验分析借鉴,最后提出土地整理中公众参与的实现途径。
The public participation in land consolidation is not only the demand of protecting farmers＇ interests and arousing their enthusiasm,but also the key of ensuring the scientific and smooth implementation.The problems in the current public participation in land consolidation are analyzed,the basis is found,and the realization way are put forward.
