摘要
自党的十六届五中全会以来,社会主义新农村建设在全国各地稳步推进,中原大地的河南省同全国各地一样也在有序进行。对河南新农村建设中的新情况、新问题进行了探讨和分析。
The new countryside construction has been steadily promoted in China since the fifth plenary session of the sixteenth central committee of the CPC.The new situations and new problems in new countryside construction of Henan are discussed and analyzed.
