论课堂教学的有效性——从教学的生命价值视角解读 被引量:12

摘要 课堂教学有效性的根本是课堂中生命的对话和交流,是平等主体间的沟通与默契,是对彼此生命价值的终极关怀。教学过程本身就是生命展现与提升的过程,是"教师和学生"两种生命在课堂教学中展示与对话的状态。而现实课堂教学却背离了学生的生命价值,片面追求教育的工具价值。因此,所谓高效的好的课堂教学往往是低效甚而是无效的。人们急功近利的心态遮蔽了教育教学的生命的本质,课堂教学变成了现实的奴婢,从而丧失了应有的生命力。有鉴于此,我们应采取有效措施,使课堂教学不仅仅表现为学生在课堂中的学习与发展,也不仅仅表现为教师教学生命的展示和张扬,而是"教师和学生"这两种生命的共同发展与进步。唯有如此,课堂教学才会焕发出应有的生命活力,实现课堂教学的有效性。 The fundamental of classroom teaching' s effectiveness is the dialogue and communication, the communication and tacit agreement between equal subjects, and also the ultimate concern of each other' s life values. As teaching process itself, it is the process of life' s revelation and promotion, and also the exhibition and conversation state for "the teacher and the students' lives" in classroon teaching. Presently, the classroom teaching deviates from the students' life values and pursuits the instrumental values of education unilaterally. The so-called well classroom teaching are always low efficiency and was effect. The attitude of quick benefits masks the nature of education and teaching. The classroom teaching turns into the slave of reality and lost its origional vitality. In view of this, the effective measures should be adopted in the classroom teaching, not only for the students' learning and development in the classroom and the teachers' teaching lives' exhibition and stinking, but also the mutal development and processing of the teachers and the students' lives. Only by this, can the refreshment of the class and the improvement of the classroom teaching' s effectiveness be realised.
