摘要
目的比较休克对犬气管、舌和尾部脉搏氧饱和度的影响。方法犬麻醉后纯氧通气,将SpO2探头分别置于气管内、舌和犬尾部,连接于同一监护仪上。经股动脉快速放血,降低MAP至40mmHg,建立犬的休克模型。以录像方式记录StraO2,StonO2,StaiO2及ECG,BP。同时连续监测ScaO2作为对照。计算低血压时,气管、舌和犬尾部SpO2的监测失败率。结果放血前,气管、舌和犬尾部的SpO2信号好、读数准确。休克时,ScaO2无变化,为(96.8±0.8)%;气管、舌和犬尾部SpO2的监测失败率分别为19.70%、18.02%、35.35%(P<0.05)。结论犬失血性休克模型中,中心位点的气管和舌SpO2监测好于外周。
Objective To compare oximetry performance at different monitoring sites of dog during hemorrhagic shock.Methods After anesthesia induction and ventilation with 100% oxygen,pulse oximeters were placed at trachea,tongue,and tail for SpO2 monitoring and connected with the same monitor.Hemorrhagic shock model was induced by acute loss of 30% estimated blood volume via a femoral arterial catheter.SpO2 signals from tongue(StonO2),tail(StaiO2),trachea(StraO2),ECG,and blood pressure shown on the monitoring screen during hypotension were recorded in the SONY video.Simultaneously,ScaO2 was recorded as a standard control.The monitoring failure rate of StaiO2,StonO2 and StraO2 was calculated during lower perfusion.Results Before exsanguination,high quality PPG signals and accuracy readings from trachea,tongue and tail were obtained in all animals.The monitoring failure rate of StaiO2,StonO2,and StraO2 were 35.35%,19.70%,and 18.02%,respectively(P0.05).Conclusion The performance of pulse oximetry placed at central site was better than peripheral site in the hemorrhagic shock dog model.
