生物蛋白胶制剂在腹腔镜胆总管探查即时缝合术中的应用价值

目的总结运用生物蛋白胶制剂封堵腹腔镜胆总管探查即时缝合术中胆漏的经验。方法对784例腹腔镜胆总管探查即时缝合术中62例胆汁渗漏的胆管切口,采用生物蛋白胶或纤维蛋白封闭剂进行封堵。结果封堵成功57例,5例术后胆漏经腹腔引流自愈。无过敏反应。结论生物蛋白胶制剂封堵腹腔镜胆总管探查即时缝合术中胆漏安全、有效、简便。

Objective To summarize the experience on the monagement for bile leakage finished primary closure of laparoscopic bile duct exploration（LBDE） by means of biologicals of protein gel.Methods Sixty-two bile leakage cases of the management by means of biologicals of protein gel out of 784 finished primary closure of LBDE were retrospectively analyzed.Results Bile leakage of 57 cases were cured.Five cases had bile leakage cured by patent drainage.No allergy.Conclusion The management for bile leakage finished primary closure of LBDE by means of biologicals of protein gel is security,feasible,and simple way.
