钠曲线与超滤曲线联合应用在预防血液透析中急性并发症的效果观察

Observe the effect of sodium combining with ultrafiltration profiling hemodialysis on prevention of hemodialysis-related symptoms

目的观察钠曲线与超滤曲线联合应用在预防血液透析中低血压等急性并发症的作用。方法选择42例维持性血液透析患者进行先后自身对照,实验(B)组选用高至低斜线型钠曲线与超滤曲线联用1个月,即透析液钠离子浓度从143 mmol/L,呈斜线逐渐下降到135 mmol/L;超滤率也从高到低呈斜线下降模式,对照(A)组行标准透析1个月,即治疗中透析液钠浓度维持135 mmol/L不变,超滤率恒定。观察比较两组患者血液透析中低血压,头昏、恶心、呕吐,肌肉痉挛发生率。结果B组透析中低血压、头昏、恶心、呕吐,肌肉痉挛发生率明显低于A组。结论钠曲线与超滤曲线联合应用可有效降低血液透析中低血压,头昏、恶心、呕吐,肌肉痉挛等急性并发症的发生。

Objective To observe the effect on prevention the incidence of dialysis side syndrome hemodialysis with using sodium profile combined with ultrafiltration profile（PHD）.Methods Select 42 cases of hemodialysis patients and compared with themselves before and after hemodialysis.Group B＇s patients received sodium and UF step-down profile hemodialysis for a month.The concentration of dialysate sodium was declined from 143mmol/L to 135mmol/L gradually,ultrafiltration rate was also decreased from high to low.And the contrast group.Group A＇s patients received conventional hemodialysis（CHD）for a month.The concentration of dialysate sodium was maintained to 135mmol/L,and the ultrafiltration rate was keeping invariable.To observe and compare the incidence of the low blood pressure,dizziness,naupathia,disgorge,muscle spasm.Results The incidence of the low blood pressure,dizziness,naupathia,disgorge,Group B is lower than Group A.Conclusion Using of sodium curve and ultrafiltration curve can obviously reduce the incidence of the acute complications of hemodialysis such as the low blood pressure,dizziness,naupathia,disgorge,muscle spasm.
