瑞舒伐他汀对急性冠状动脉综合征患者血浆IL-18、CRP的影响

Effects of rosuvastatin on plasma CRP and IL-6 levels in patients with acute coronary syndromes

目的观察瑞舒伐他汀对急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）患者血浆IL-18、CRP的影响。方法将2008年7月~2009年7月92例ACS患者随机分为两组,对照组46例采用常规治疗,观察组46例在此基础上加用瑞舒伐他汀治疗,比较治疗前后血浆IL-18、CRP水平的变化。结果观察组的显效率和总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组治疗后CRP及IL-18水平与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;并且,治疗组治疗后CRP及IL-18水平均明显低于同期对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。对照组治疗后CRP及IL-18水平与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论瑞舒伐他治疗ACS,能够明显提高临床疗效,降低血浆CRP和IL-18的表达,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effects of rosuvastatin on plasma CRP and IL-6 levels in patients with acute coronary syndromes（ACS）.Methods From July 2008 to July 2009,92 cases of ACS patients were randomly classified into two groups,control groups with 46 cases were treated with normal therapy and observation group with 46 cases were treated with rosuvastatin.Results The excellence rates and total effective rates in observation groups were significantly higher than those in control groups（P〈0.05）.Compared with pre-treatment,the levels of CRP and IL-18 in observation groups were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）.Moreover,the levels of CRP and IL-18 in observation groups were significantly lower than those in control groups（P〈0.05）.There were no significant difference between the pre-treatment and post-treatment in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Rosuvastatin in treatment with ACS can improve clinical effects and degrade the expression of plasma CRP and IL-6,which is worthy applying.
