膝前正中切口双侧钢板内固定治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折临床探讨 被引量:8

摘要 目的评价膝关节前正中切口双侧钢板固定治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折的临床效果及应用价值。方法22例SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折患者,采用膝关节前正中切口双侧钢板内固定手术治疗,术后规律随访24个月,采用HSS膝关节功能评定量表评定膝关节功能。结果术后发生切口皮片边缘坏死1例,骨折塌陷1例,无内固定失败患者,术后24个月膝关节功能优良率72.7%。结论膝前中入路双钢板内固定治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折,术后具有较高的膝关节功能优良率及较少的并发症。 Objective To investigate the longitudinal island flap bag with congenital hypospadias repair surgery advantages and precautions.Methods 22 patients with complex fracture of tibial plateau that were estimated SchatzkerV and VI received operation by ante-medial incision on articular genu and hibateral nickelclad fixation,the patients were regular ly follow up in postoperation for 24 months,and estimated knee joint function with score of the Hospital for Special Surgery(HHS).Results 1 patient have complication with incisional marginal skin necrosis,1 patient have complication with fracture site collapse,all operations was doing well ininternal fixation.ratio of fineness on knee joint was 72.7 at postoperative 24th month.Conclusion Ante-medial incision on articular genu and hibateral nickelclad fixation on complex fracture of tibial plateau can received well ratio of fineness on knee joint function and low complication.
