目的探讨用镜体直接分离法建立后腹腔（IUPU）行后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术的手术技巧和临床应用价值。方法2006年9月~2009年8月采用用镜体直接分离法建立后腹腔行后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术38例,对手术方法及并发症进行回顾性分析。结果38例40次手术均获成功,平均手术时间（45±25.6）min,结石清除率（40/40）100%,术后1例（2.5%）出现漏尿。结论用镜体直接分离法（IUPU）建立后腹腔行腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术,微创、疗效确切、安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the operation techniques and the clinical applied value of IUPU in ureterolithotomy with laparoscopy.Methods A retrospective analysis of a case series including 38 patients was performed to clarify the surgical techniques and complications of IUPU in ureterolithotomy with laparoscopy during the period from September 2006 to August 2009.Results 40 operations of 38 cases were all successful with a mean surgical time of（45±25.6）min,a calculi clearance rate of（40/40）100% and 1 leakage of urine（2.5%）post-operation.Conclusion IUPU in ureterolithotomy with laparoscopy is confirmed a minimally invasive technique with determined curative effect and it is safe and reliable.
