摘要
目的优化胰岛素笔注射教学法。方法将80例>50岁初次使用胰岛素笔注射的糖尿病患者随机分为观察组46例,对照组34例,观察组按临床护理路径进行教学指导,对照组用常规方法进行教学指导,比较两组患者对胰岛素笔安装和注射方法的教学效果。结果观察组胰岛素笔的安装和注意方法的教学效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用临床护理路径,能明显提高患者对胰岛素笔使用方法的认知,缩短教学时间,提高教学效果及治疗的依从性。
Objective To optimize teaching methods of insulin injection pen(IIP).Methods Eighty over 50-yearsold diabetes mellitus patients who were treated with IIP were randomly divided into two groups,with 46 cases in the study group(SG)guided with clinic nursing route and 34 cases in the controlling group(CG)guided with conventional method.Their teaching effects of insulin pen installing and injection were studed in a comparatively way.Results The teaching effects in SG were superior to that in CG with a very statistical difference between them(P0.05).Conclusion Clinic nursing route can inprove patients' recognition to the using methods of insulin pen obviously,shorten teaching time and promote teaching effects and treatment dependence.
