摘要
为满足中低频大功率感应加热和熔炼的要求,设计了一种双电流源型半桥式晶闸管逆变器,介绍了其双电流源电路结构及其工作原理.以微分方程为基础,对该逆变电源主回路启动由瞬态至稳态工作的全过程做了数学分析.理论分析与实验结果表明,该谐振电源具有谐振回路的品质因数越高,其输出功率越高的反常特性.
A half-bridge thyristor inverter with double current sources suitable for high-power induction heating and melting applications in the low and medium frequency range is designed.The double current sources inverter circuit and the work principle of the inverter are introduced.Based on the differential equations,mathematical analysis of the full procedure of the inverter from transient to steady state has been done.Mathematical analysis and experiment results proved that the resonant inverter has abnormal characteristics: the higher resonance circuit quality factor,the higher output power.
