摘要 采用单因素实验法,研究了微波辐照下,原料粒度、微波功率、浸提液pH值,温度、时间等工艺条件对水浴浸提栀子黄色素的影响.在优化的工艺条件下,栀子黄色素的一次浸提率高于94%,两次浸提率超过99%,优于其它传统工艺. Single - factor experimental method was adopted to investigate the effect of the granularity of raw materials, microwave power, pH value, temperature of extraction solution, and extracting time on the extraction of yellow gardenia pigment by microwave irradiation. By the optimum technology, the extraction yield was over 94% at once - extracting and over 99% at twice - extracting. This technology was better than other traditional method.
