摘要
气候变化作为全球最为严峻的环境问题引起了国际社会的普遍关注.文章以实测数据为研究基础,以气候变化影响的脆弱区-西南纵向岭谷区内的长江上游龙川江、澜沧江上游黑惠江和红河上游盘龙河三个流域为例,探讨了中国西南纵向岭谷区的气候变化及其水资源效应,研究结果表明:(1)在全球气候变化的背景下,研究区的气温和降水都发生了变化;(2)气温的变化较降水变化更为明显,最低气温的升高趋势比最高气温的升高趋势更为显著;(3)对于降雨而言,研究区主要呈现出增加的趋势,枯水期的升高趋势总体较汛期更为明显一些;(4)在气温和降雨均发生了变化的条件下,地表水资源状况也发生了相应的变化,这种变化必将影响区内的自然生态系统和人类经济社会系统.
Among the world's most serious environmental problems, climate change caused the international eommunity's attention. In this paper, based on the measured data, the climate change and its water resources effects for Longitudinal Range - Gorge Region in south - west of China are analyzed, results showed that : ( 1 ) In the context of global climate change, the temperature and precipitation changes have taken place in the study area; (2) the changes of temperature were more obvious than the precipitation, and minimum temperature increased higher than the maximum temperature; (3) For the rainfall, the study area showing increase trendment mainly, the overall trend in the increase of dry season is more obvious than flood season; (4) In the congdition that both temperature and rainfall changes, the surface water resources have also made corresponding adjustments to climate change, which is the water resources response to the climate change.
