摘要 目的:建立一种测定万寿菊茎中叶黄素含量的HPLC方法。方法:采用Diamonsil-C18色谱柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇∶水=97.5∶2.5,流速:1.0mL/min,检测波长:445nm。结果:叶黄素在1.92~96μg/mL范围内,有良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率为98.9%,RSD1.04%。结论:该法简便准确、重现性好,可用于万寿菊茎中叶黄素的含量测定。 Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of lutein in Stem of Marigold. Methods. The chromatographic column was Diamonsil-C18 (200 mm×4. 6 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase. MeOH : H2O= 97. 5 : 2. 5, flow rate: 1.0 mL/min and detection wave-length: 450 nm. Results: The linearity of lutein was obtained separately over the range of 1.92--96 μg/mL, r=0. 999 6. The average recovery rates of lutein was 98. 9% with corresponding RSD of 1.04%. Conclusion: The HPLC method with good reproducibility was simple and reliable for the simultaneous determination of lutein in Stem of Mari-gold.
