阿司匹林和氯吡格雷是临床上应用最广泛的抗血小板聚集药物,但有些患者接受抗血小板聚集药物治疗,仍有心肌梗死、猝死等不良事件发生。因此,正确识别、及时处理其抵抗具有重要的临床意义。现就对阿司匹林和氯吡格雷抵抗的定义,检测方法,处理对策做一综述。

Aspirin and clopidogrel are the most widely used anti-platelet drugs in the clinical setting. However, myocardial infarction and sudden death still occur in patients taking anti-platelet drugs. Therefore it is important to recognize and deal with resistance of anti-plate- let drugs in the clinic. In this article we have summarized the definition, detection methods and treatment of adverse cardiac events with aspirin and clopidogrel.
