摘要
左心室辅助装置(LVAD)已成功应用于成人心源性休克及围术期低心排量综合征的治疗,取得了良好的疗效,但在小儿临床中的应用仍较局限。现将有关LVAD在小儿中的应用进行综述,着重分析LVAD的适应证和应用情况,简单介绍小儿LVAD的应用难点,可能的并发症。随着小儿LVAD使用经验的增加,更加微型可提供长期辅助支持装置的问世,对于小儿复杂先天性心脏病术后低心排综合征、心脏移植过渡期等,应用LVAD治疗可起到良好的效果。
Left ventricular assist devices have been widely, with good results, in adult patients with cardiogenie shuck and low cardiac output syndrome. But the use of left ventrieular assist devices in children, especially in young children and infants, has been limited. This article reviews the use of left ventrieular assist devices in children with particular attention given to its application and possible complications arising from its use.
