TPT-CLSC中的激励机制研究

摘要 基于第三方回收商回收模式的闭环供应链(TPT-CLSC)是当前企业界的热点话题,本文采用委托-代理理论研究了TPT-CLSC中的激励问题,研究表明:制造商实施非对称信息条件下的策略(α*,β*)时的成本与对称信息条件下的成本相比更高;而第三方回收商在非对称信息条件下的策略(x*,y*)要求自身必须具有一定的运作能力,并保持相应的努力水平,才能获得最大效益。这些结论为企业实施TPT-CLSC提供了一些有益的指导。
