摘要
对大型发电机转子温度直接难测问题提出了一种间接法测温原理,即利用电阻与温度的关系,电阻与电压、电流关系,通过测出绕组电压、电流,然后换算出转子温度。具体实施方法是依据间接法测温原理,选择必要硬件,搭建检测装置,然后编制软件,实现发电机转子测温目的。经现场调试和仿真试验得出,此方法简单、可行,可靠性高。
In large generator rotor temperature directly unpredictable situation,made a kind of indirect temperature measurement principle,namely the use of the relationship between resistance and temperature,resistance and voltage,current relationship,through the measured winding voltage,current,and then converted the rotor temperature.The specific implementation methodology is based on the principle of indirect temperature measurement,select the necessary hardware,to build measure devices,and then be written the software to achieve the purpose of generator rotor temperature.The on-site test and simulation concludes that this method is simple,feasible and reliable.
