贵州省麻风病院(村)改造建设影响因素的定性研究

Qualitative research on current situation of leprosy village management and influence factors in reconstruction leprosy village in Guizhou province

目的探讨影响麻风病院村改造及建成后管理的因素,为制定有关管理办法提供依据。方法对麻风村病人和熟悉麻风村管理的关键知情人分别进行专题小组讨论和个人深入访谈,以了解麻风村管理现状、病人搬迁新麻风村的意愿和有关需求以及麻风村改建中和建成后的管理方面可能的影响因素。结果大多数麻风村内无专人管理,病人对现有医疗状况普遍不满意。在麻风村改造建设中,从选址、设计、建设到建成后的病人搬迁、管理等各个环节,均可能有较多因素影响。结论麻风病院村改造是一项复杂的系统工程,在制定实施方案和管理办法时应针对可能的影响因素采取相应措施。

Objective To study influence factors in reconstruction leprosy hospital/village and further management for the building relative administrative methods. Methods To interview people affected by leprosy in the village and to discuss with key members who were familiar with leprosy village ad- ministration for deeply understanding current leprosy village management, wills of moving to new sites and relative needs of people in village as well as influence factors in reconstruction leprosy hospital/vii lage and further management. ResultsMost leprosy villages were not assigned special person to admin istrate village and people in the village were not satisfied of the current medical condition. There were many uncertain factors will influence the reconstruction leprosy village including site selection, construction design, construction, moving, administration and so on. Conclusion Reconstruction leprosy village is a complicated and systematic project. There should be apply relative measures and solutions in view of possible influence factors during implementing reconstruction leprosy village project and building administrative methods.
