摘要
电子设备冷却方案的确定历来是结构设计工作的重要组成部分。冷却方案的选择是否得当,热设计参数是否合理,将直接影响整个设备的可靠性、性能、寿命及成本等重要指标。本人针对舰载插箱(以5U为例)的自然散热过程进行定量的分析计算,为冷却方案的确定提供了一个具体的前提条件。
The definition of cooling plan for an electronic equipment is always an important component part of structural design. Whether the cooling plan is selected appropriate and the pa-rameter of heat design is reasonable,it will directly affect the important targets for the reliability,function,life-span,cost and so on of the total equipment. I conduct the quantitative analysis point-ing at the natural thermolysis process for the ship-based plug-in unit. (Take the 5U as an exam-ple). It provides a relatively concrete procondition for the definition of cooling plan.
