摘要
本文研究了ZnO对粘结铁氧体磁性能的影响,探讨了利用废茶的吸附作用和六偏磷酸钠的络合作用降低制品中Cr6+含量的效果。实验结果表明,控制ZnO的量在0.3%~0.5%之间,控制细磨溶液的pH值,添加一定量的废茶叶及六偏磷酸钠,可获得高性能低Cr6+含量的粘结铁氧体磁粉(轧板磁性能:Br在266mT,jHc在300kA/m以上;Cr6+的含量在10-5以下)。
In this paper,it studies the influence of ZnO on bonded ferrite's magnetic properties,and discusses waste tea's adsorption on Cr6+ and sodium hexametaphosphate on the complex effects of Cr^6+.The experimental results show that controlling the amount of ZnO between 0.3%~0.5%,balancing the pH value in abrasive slurry,and adding a certain amount of waste tea and sodium hexametaphosphate,an access to high-performance bonded ferrite powder with low-content of Cr^6+ is realized(Rolling magnetic properties,Br in 266mT,jHc in 300kA/m and above;Content of Cr^6+ in 10^-5 following).
