摘要
本文介绍了食品级植物胶混配设备的研制。该套设备应用于植物胶的混配,消除了水包粉现象,黏度释放迅速充分,质量稳定,简化配液工序,降低劳动强度。
The design of the guar gum mixing equipment is introduced in this paper.The equipment can be used for mixing plant gum in food processing field,which avoids gum agglomeration and induces viscidity releasing rapidly and fully,the solution quality is steady,and also the using of it shortens the mixing process and lightens working intension.
