This paper discusses the construction of teaching-oriented corpora in translation courses, holding that the building of such corpora should involve students＇ participation and be based on the teaching methodology and teaching steps of the translation course. The categories of corpora to be built, text types, corpus tagging, and the steps and ways to construct the corpora are dealt with in detail.
