摘要
水布垭水电站工程施工中不仅建立了一套完整的质量控制系统,而且创造了质量控制新思路、新措施、新方法。如建立独立的质量检测和质量咨询机构;开发了GPS监控系统;以及快速检测堆石体密度、挤压边墙质量检测、趾板抬动观测新方法,从而有力地保证了大坝施工质量。
The quality control system in construction of Shuibuya CFRD is set up and also a certain number of new thinkings and new techniques are innovated in the construction course. Such as the independent quality examining and consulting organization, the workout of the GPS monitoring system, the quick checking method for the density of rock filling and the quality of the squeezing side wall, the method for observating the toe slab lift. Thus the quality of the CFRD is effectively guaranteed.
