摘要
根据某企业对太阳能电池金属连接片精确剪切要求,设计了一种用AVR单片机为控制核心的自动折弯切线机。该设备用单片机控制步进电机实现送料、剪切等功能,用霍尔传感器和计数器实现计数,适用于较贵重的金属导体(例如金、银、铜等)的切断。
According to the high precision requirement of the metallic foil' s cutting made the demands by one corporation, a full automatic bending and cutting machine based on AVR SCM technology was designed. It used step motor controlled by SCM to complete the materials' delivering, bending and cutting. It used hall sensor and counter to fulfill grouping and counting automatically. This crosscut machine is especially fit for cutting the precious metal such as gold, silver and copper etc.
