摘要
双向交叉索桁架体系和单层正交索网体系是最为常用的两种点支式玻璃幕墙支承体系。在小挠度弹性范围推导了单榀索桁架初始刚度和松弛荷载的表达式,并用有限元算例进行了验证。研究了由单榀索桁架交叉布置形成的双向交叉体系的力学性能,以及单层正交索网的受力特点。将以上研究成果应用于天津泰达市民文化广场玻璃幕墙支承体系的设计中,介绍了该体系的基本单元及构造设计,建立了考虑施工过程的有限元结构分析模型,研究了其垂直面的静、动力性能,证明了文中的设计对于提高幕墙支承体系的安全性和使用性具有较好的作用。
Two-directional prestress cable truss system and single layer orthogonal cable network are two kinds of supporting system widely used in point-supported curtain wall.The initial stiffness and critical slack load of prestress cable truss were derived theoretically based on the small-deflection elastic theory and some reasonable simplified assumptions,which were verified by finite element calculation.The structural behavior of two-directional crossing prestress cable truss and single layer cable network was studied by a finite element analysis model considering the influence of cable tensioning construction.The obtained results were used in the design of the curtain wall of Tianjin Taida Civilian Plaza,including the basic unit of supporting system of the curtain wall,the joints and the static and dynamic performance of a facade.It is proved that the structural design adopted is good for the safety and applicability of the curtain wall supporting system.
