摘要 采用拉伸试验、杯突试验、表面张力试验和针孔度检查,测定、分析了四种不同生产工艺方案样品的力学性能、破裂强度、表面张力以及针孔度,确定了合理的8011-H18状态PTP药箔基材生产工艺。结果表明:采用8011铝合金铸轧坯料可以生产高质量的PTP铝箔基材,在其冷轧至1.5mm时进行中间退火,退火制度为450~470℃/11~13h。通过对铸轧、冷轧和箔轧工艺的配合,可获得高表面质量和力学性能的PTP铝箔基材。 The reasonable production techniques of 8011-H18 PTP foil substrate have been founded after the measurement and analysis of the mechanical properties, rupture strength, surface tension and pinhole degrees of samples made with four different production techniques like tensile test, punch test, the surface tension testing and pinhole inspection. The result shows that PTP parent metal of aluminum foils can be produced with casting blanket of 8011 aluminum alloy, when intermediately annealed as cold-rolled to 1. 5mm with an annealing system for 450-470 ℃ / 11-13h. The combination of casting, cold rolling and foil rolling make available PTP aluminum foil substrate of high surface quality and mechanical properties.
