现场总线技术在铝板带热连轧生产线上的应用

摘要 西南铝热连轧生产线设计采用基于Device-Net现场总线的控制系统。介绍Device-Net现场总线的技术特点,剖析了系统的构建和调试等内容。该系统包括7条Device-Net网络,上百个节点,总线长度达2Km,实践表明该系统满足了铝热连轧过程自动化的需要。 The control system of Southwest Aluminum hot tandem mill line was designed based on Device-Net field bus. The specification of the Device-Net filed bus was brief introduced, the system structure and commission were detailed. The system includes 7 Device-Net networks, several hundreds of nodes and the bus stretch about 2000 m away. The practical result shows the system can meet the requirement of the automatic aluminum hot tandem rolling process successfully.
